Non-Discrimination Policy – Your Rights Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) ensures full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by prohibiting discrimination against any person on the basis of race, color or national origin in the provisions of benefits and services resulting from federally assisted programs and activities.
