  • HOW MUCH EXTRA TIME SHOULD I PLAN FOR?

    The driver can arrive 5 to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time. Please be ready to avoid missing your appointment.

  • CAN I GET SAME DAY SERVICE FOR DEMAND RESPONSE?

    We recommend that you review our Demand Response page located on the menu bar. We finish taking these requests at the close of the previous business day. However, published routes are always same day service. 


  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

    There is no age limit. However, for minor  children, they must be accompanied by an adult.  For more information, please feel free to call us at 304-263-0876 and we can discuss the EPTA Child Rider Policy with you.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CAREGIVER?

    Caregivers ride for free while escorting their patient but we do need to know if a caregiver will be riding to make sure we have proper seating available.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE?

    You are important to us, we will work hard to accommodate unforeseen and unavoidable delays.


  • WILL THE BUS RUN IN INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS?

    EPTA carefully monitors adverse weather conditions as they happen. We value the safety of our riders and employees and will make a decision concerning service as quickly as possible. Normally we operate our snow routes (35 and 40), but in rare cases, we must suspend all routes and services.


    In the instances, EPTA will inform the public via press releases, social media, and by updating this website.
