Public Transit in Berkeley and Jefferson County

Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority is located in Martinsburg, West Virginia and services Berkeley and Jefferson Counties. 


EPTA serves popular destinations between the two counties including Martinsburg, Inwood, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, and other key areas.


Our agency offers a variety of services including deviated fixed route service, demand response, non-emergency medical transit, and Saturday service. EPTA is a proud transportation provider for the State Opioid Response (SOR) program. The SOR program is being presented with financial assistance as a grant from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services.


EPTA’s vision is to implement a high quality, sustainable, coordinated public transportation network that promotes accessibility and economic vitality for the community.
